libsec: unroll portable sha2block functions
- unroll the loops
- rotate the taps on each step, avoiding copies
- simplify boolean formulas for Ch() and Maj()
this yields arround 40% throughput increase on 32/64bit
archs for sha2_256 and sha2_512 on amd64.
