cdproto: various cleanups
- bind /n/src9 only when theres .hg directory, so you can use /root as /n/src9
- skip *.6 and *.orig files in source direcrtories
- skip *.pdf and *.ps files in /sys/man
- skip cpurc.local and termrc.local
- dont create /fd, /mnt and/n in the root
- be specific about /lib
- create /cfg/pxe
