We sometimes used HAS_, sometimes polluted the LIBINPUT_ namespace,
etc.

Removes project arguments.

On newer versions of libinput, the event LIBINPUT_EVENT_POINTER_AXIS
has been deprecated in favour of LIBINPUT_EVENT_POINTER_SCROLL_WHEEL,
LIBINPUT_EVENT_POINTER_SCROLL_FINGER and
LIBINPUT_EVENT_POINTER_SCROLL_CONTINUOUS.
Where new events are provided by the backend, ignore
LIBINPUT_EVENT_POINTER_AXIS, receive high-resolution scroll events from
libinput and emit the appropiate wlr_pointer signal.

The destroy callback in wlr_tablet_tool_impl has been removed. The function
`wlr_tablet_tool_finish` has been introduced to clean up the resources owned by
a wlr_tablet_tool.
`wlr_input_device_destroy` no longer destroys the wlr_tablet_tool, attempting to
destroy a wlr_tablet_tool will result in a no-op.
The field `name` has been added to the wlr_tablet_tool_impl to be able to
identify a given wlr_tablet_tool device.

This commit prepares the ground for a wlr_libinput_input_device refactoring.

This field's ownership is unclear: it's in wlr_input_device, but
it's not managed by the common code, it's up to each individual
backend to use it and clean it up.
Since this is a backend implementation detail, move it to the
backend-specific structs.

This fixes a heap-use-after-free when the session is destroyed before
the backend during wl_display_destroy:

This protocol relays touchpad gesture events produced by libinput to
supporting clients (e.g. Evince, Eye of GNOME).
|
|
These are used primarily by laptops to signal
the state of the lid (open/closed) and tablet
mode if supported, based on ACPI events.
|
|
|
|
The previous naming was based on the input-device capability names from
libinput.
With code that uses the libinput_tablet_tool and mapping into tablet-v2,
this is confusing, so the name is changed to follow the names used in
the protocol.

|
This adds the management code to manage tablet tools lifetimes from
libinput.
It follows the suggestion made in the tablet-unstable-v2.xml to destroy
tablet_tools once all tablets that it got into contact with were removed
from the system. This is implemented via a refcount.
If a tool is *not* unique, it will be destroyed on proximity out. This
is libinput specific and mentioned in libinput docs that tools will not
be found again, so we shouldn't keep a reference to them.
Also they can't be on other tablets as well, because they cannot be
tracked.
The naming in this commit is a bit off (to not break things).
The wlr names stay the same, tablet_tool is the libinput_device with
capaiblity LIBINPUT_DEVICE_CAP_TABLET_TOOL which is more akin to
"tablet" in the tablet-unstable-v2 protocol.
The struct that corresponds to the tablet_tool in tablet-unstable-v2 is
called tablet_tool_tool, a rename should be done at some point in the
future.
