backend/drm: fail on explicit modifier in drmModeAddFB2
drmModeAddFB2 doesn't support explicit modifiers. Only accept INVALID
which indicates an implicit modifier and LINEAR which may indicate
that GBM_BO_USE_LINEAR has been used.
