layers: GH1143, Validate vertex attribute formats
Formats specified as vertex attributes (createGraphicsPipelines->
pCreateInfos->pVertexInputState->pVertexAttributeDescriptions.format)
must have the VK_FORMAT_FEATURE_VERTEX_BUFFER_BIT set.
