layers: Update pipeline multisample pnext check
Updated validation check for
VUID-VkPipelineMultisampleStateCreateInfo-pNext-pNext
(VALIDATION_ERROR_1001c40d) to include the valid extension pNext sType
values valid for the current spec:
VkPipelineCoverageModulationStateCreateInfoNV,
VkPipelineCoverageToColorStateCreateInfoNV, or
VkPipelineSampleLocationsStateCreateInfoEXT
