layers: Update ObjectTracker for new extensions
vkGetPhysicalDeviceSurfaceFormats2KHR, vkGetSwapchainStatusKHR, and vkGetPhysicalDeviceSurfaceCapabilities2KHR. Change-Id: I726880924300e06209013ae39a8c4e019d4c2266
