layers: GH820, MapMemory shadow copy alignment
For host-visible non-coherent memory, the validation layers use a
shadow copy of the mapped memory region. Added proper alignment
for the shadow copy, fixed handling of offsets, and implemented
resolve of the shadow data on invalidate calls.
