build: Update known-good for 1.2.135 header
Changes:
- Updated known-good files
- Generated new source files
- Modified `object_type_string_helper.h` to address `vkcube` build
failures
- Modified `CMakeLists.txt` to enable beta extensions
- Generated new `generate_vulkan_wrapper.py`, `vulkan_wrapper.cpp`, and
`vulkan_wrapper.h`
